Thank you for the excellent and professional work on our huge old sycamore. It was terrifying to see how rotten it was and so close to the house. 250 years of growth gone in a few hous. I did shed a tear however, it was like saying godbye to a much loved family pet. On the upside, your lovely door and two windows are going to make lots of fun for the children and their friends (we won't make mention the odd bat and snake that decide it's good too). Just to say a big thanks for all the work you and your team carried out. The service was great and amazing to watch. You made the whole job look effortless. The crown lifting and reduction on all the trees has been a great success. Although sad that the large Sycamore was diseased what a difference having it taken down has made. the tree being removed has opened up the entire front garden and so much more light is now coming in over the front rooms and down the side of the house, it is streaming in now. I also have to mention that I appreciated the fact that a friendly and proffessional approach throughout the process was given to both us and the council, who we had to hastily contact when we had to seek further permission to remove the Sycamore.
Also worth mentioning, was that the whole job was left tidy considering how big and messy the job was, very much appreciated. I also now have logs for my stove to last a good while. I would certainly use in the future for the remaining trees as discussed as they will need continual work, and I will recommend your work without hesitation. Thank you to derek and his team for the very professional way they removed our 50 foot lime tree, especially as they had to work in a very confined space.
